SCB14 Transformers

It's been another busy and rewarding week. The SCB14 dry type transformers are now rolling out from our facility and making their way to our customers. Our team works hard to make this happen - from final checks to careful packaging and smooth logistics. Seeing our transformers ready for shipment is always a proud moment for everyone involved.

SCB14-800/10/0.4-Copper

This model complies with the Class 2 energy efficiency standard specified in GB 20052-2020. Compared to the older model SCB12, its no-load loss is reduced by approximately 15%, and load loss is reduced by 10%.

The transformer adopts high-permeability silicon steel sheets and a fully staggered core joint process to minimize hysteresis and eddy current losses. No-load loss is approximately 580W, and load loss is approximately 6,265W. It can operate under short-term overload under forced air cooling conditions.

Compared to traditional oil immersed transformers, energy efficiency is improved by 10% to 45%, exceeding EU standards.

Our technician is carefully assembling the active part of the transformer.

SCB14 Series Assembly

High-voltage winding: Multi-layer segmented cylindrical structure, using F/H class insulated copper wires, vacuum epoxy resin casting, with partial discharge <=5pC, excellent insulation performance.

Low-voltage winding: Longitudinal airway foil design, enhancing mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity, with strong short-circuit resistance.

Cooling system: Supports natural air cooling and forced air cooling, adapting to different load requirements.

Commercial and Public Facilities: High-rise buildings, hospitals, and subways, relying on their fire-resistant and low-noise characteristics.

Industrial Sector: Suitable for workshops with high humidity and much dust, supporting continuous high-load operation.

New Energy Support: Serves as step-up or distribution transformers in photovoltaic/wind power grid-connected systems, compatible with smart grid requirements.

The transformer is assembled and awaits testing.
